How does boring work?

Horizontal directional drilling, or boring, is a way to avoid natural and man-made obstacles (like roads and sidewalks) when connecting main utilities.

We use a multi-step process and a locator receiver to drill around these obstacles and connect utilities. This preserves those natural or man-made structures, with no mess—which means one less thing to worry about!
