EMERGENCY SERVICE

If you have an electrical emergency, such as a power outage, we are available any time, day or night.

Our Emergency Protocol

1. Call our office phone number at  (219) 261-2141.
2. If you call us outside of our office hours (7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday), the call will automatically go directly to our on-call electrician.
3. He will discuss the problem with you. 
4. If the issue is an emergency, such as a power outage, Greg’s team of electricians will quickly come to your home, farm, or business to address the issue.
5. If the issue is not an emergency, the on-call electrician will schedule the job with you over the phone for a later date.
6. For your safety, DO NOT touch downed power lines and other hot wires.
7. Please make sure others around you are aware of the emergency situation and the safety measures they should take while we address the issue.
